How long does it take to demolish a house?
Most single-storey demolitions take one to three days on site once permits and any asbestos clearance are complete. The permit and clearance stage beforehand usually takes longer than the demolition itself.
Do I need a permit to demolish a house in Victoria?
Yes. A building permit is required for any habitable or masonry structure, and for sheds over 60m² — and many South East and Peninsula councils also require a Section 29A report and consent before that permit can be issued. Dig Dig handles both.

Does the demolition price include asbestos removal?

What happens to the material from a demolished house?
