Project Overview

This complete residential site clearing in Heidelberg required specialized heavy equipment and careful planning. Before bringing down the main single-storey structure, our team undertook critical preparatory earthworks, including the excavation and safe removal of an underground water tank. Using a 25-tonne excavator fitted with a multi-purpose demolition grapple, we methodically dismantled the timber-framed home, carefully peeling purlins and rafters to maximize material sorting and recycling. Operating on a site with an existing backyard swimming pool and neighboring boundaries, our operators maintained strict safety and dust suppression standards throughout.
