Weatherboard House Demolition in Parkdale

A standard single-storey weatherboard home in Parkdale came down in a day and a half, with our 25-tonne excavator making quick, clean work of the timber-framed structure. Weatherboard strips down faster than brick veneer — the cladding and timber frame separate easily, which let the crew focus on sorting timber and other recoverable material as the house came apart, rather than fighting through solid masonry.

With the structure cleared, the block was levelled and left clean, with dust and debris kept to a minimum for the neighbouring properties throughout. A straightforward job, handled efficiently from start to finish — ready for the next stage of construction.
